Strategy & Operations Manager
As the Strategy & Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Chief of Staff in executing strategic projects and optimizing operational processes. You will collaborate closely with the strategy team on key topics, prepare materials and facilitate meetings with senior leadership and coordinate with other organisations within the LEGO ecosystem (e.g., the LEGO Group). This position offers unique development opportunities across the broader LEGO ecosystem, allowing you to expand your skill set and career trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief of Staff in developing and executing strategic initiatives that align with the company’s goals.
- Collaborate with the strategy team on key topics, informing strategic decisions and identifying growth opportunities.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and board-level materials to communicate progress and recommendations effectively.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency across various departments.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on progress towards strategic objectives.
- Support project management efforts by tracking timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate effective communication between leadership and departments to ensure alignment on priorities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or operations in a fast-paced environment.
