OVERTIME | We pay overtime for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours to all salaried crew, because we know it’s right to reimburse you in full for any extra time you work for us.

PENSION ENHANCEMENT | We increase our contributions to your pension up to 10% of your salary so together we can properly invest in your future. Since the statutory amount all businesses pay is 3%, our decision to pay above that shows we’re investing in your future.

About The Role

BrewDog Waterloo are looking for a Guest Experience Manager.

As Guest Experience Manager at BrewDog Waterloo you’ll be right at the forefront of welcoming our guests to the most epic experience at our flagship site. Our venue in Waterloo is high-volume and fast-paced and we get plenty of bookings and events that need organising, greeting and seating and the host team are the face of this. Helping our customers navigate our amazing 28,000 sq ft. venue with lots to keep our customers entertained.

You’ll be managing our team of 6-10 hosts, this will include scheduling, crew reviews and ongoing training and development. You’ll be part of an awesome management team that are here to support you along the way. This role is all about delivering the absolute best guest experience.

The Guest Experience Manager role is a fulltime role, 40 hours a week and you will need to be available for daytime and evening shifts. This role only finishes at close if we have events on, the usual shift pattern has an earlier finish!
