SO3 Artistic Director
Domestic Considerations: c.30 RSDs per year. An Army Reserve post work focussed on specific support to annual Army C&E events. Remote work with occasional periods of detached duty.
Position Role: Artistic Director working in support of the Armys premier strategic engagement events.
Responsibilities: Provide specialist artistic advice to the Director(s) of Army strategic engagement events on all creative and production elements. Oversee script development including drafting and editing. Specialist artistic advice during event rehearsals. Liaison with production management and event support. Ensure artistic advice is present throughout all points in event design and delivery processes. Oversee rehearsal preparation and direct rehearsals alongside event organisers. Provide production expertise to the Director(s) and event production crew. Support speech writing and generation of other engagement material in support of the Army Strategic Engagement Team.
