The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be at the heart of student learning, supporting both academic and personal development. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing targeted academic support to students in small groups and one-to-one sessions, including support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Assisting classroom teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons across multiple subjects.
- Supporting student progression and achievement by tracking performance and contributing to intervention strategies.
- Acting as a positive role model, encouraging high expectations, effort, and ambition in every pupil.
- Contributing to extra-curricular activities, clubs, and enrichment opportunities, helping to build a vibrant school community.
