SEN Teaching assistant
Academics is delighted to be working with a warm, inclusive primary school in Chelsea, who are looking for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team this September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with a variety of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and behavioural challenges. You’ll be working closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide tailored support, helping every child thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Contract: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Salary: £95–£110 per day (dependent on experience)
Your Role
*
Deliver one-to-one support for a nursery child with SEN (Autism, ADHD, and other needs)
*
Encourage positive behaviour and inclusive learning in the classroom
*
Help create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
*
Work in partnership with teachers, therapists, and parents to monitor and celebrate progress
