An exciting opportunity exists for an Early Career Maths Teacher to join a vibrant and well-led maths department in Barking. This full-time, permanent role begins January 2026.

The successful candidate will teach mathematics across KS3 and KS4, using engaging, problem-solving approaches and mastery techniques. The department values collaboration and provides well-structured schemes of work. ECTs will benefit from expert mentors, weekly coaching, and reduced timetable in their first term.
Experience and Qualifications
- QTS or PGCE with a mathematics specialism
- Experience teaching KS3 and GCSE Maths
- Confident with assessment-led instruction
- Legal right to work in the UK
