Earnings : up to £35,000 inclusive of service charge (£13.47 + service charge)

Contract type : Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week, shifts falling between 6am and 6pm

As a Chef de Partie in our Production Kitchen, you’ll play a key role in preparing high-quality ingredients and producing consistent, large-volume dishes that supply our restaurants, counters, and retail offerings. Working with authentic Italian recipes and techniques, you’ll ensure that every item leaving the production kitchen meets our exacting standards for freshness, flavour, and presentation.

Eataly London is home to 2 restaurants, a bary department, a pastry department, and a quick service restaurant department.

• Experience as a Chef de Partie (or equivalent) in a high-volume, high-quality kitchen, ideally in a production or prep setting
• Strong knowledge of fresh food preparation and batch cooking
• While most of the shifts will fall between 6am and 6pm, there might be a requirement to be flexible and work later shifts
• Ability to follow recipes and specifications accurately to ensure consistency across multiple outlets
• Organised and efficient with excellent time-management skills
• Flexible and willing to support different sections within the production kitchen
• Fluent in English
• Right to work in the UK
