Head of Family

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced family lawyer to take on a senior leadership role as Head of Family with a well-regarded London practice. This is a chance to lead a thriving team, shape the department’s future, and play a key part in the firm’s continued success.
The Role
- Lead and grow the family law team, setting strategy and direction.
- Manage a varied caseload of complex family matters.
- Support and develop colleagues, encouraging collaboration and high standards of client care.
- Contribute to the firm’s profile as a trusted adviser in family law.
- Extensive experience in family law, including managing high-value and sensitive cases.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and colleagues.
- Up-to-date knowledge of developments in family law and a proactive approach to best practice.
- Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
- Admission to the legal bar with a valid practising certificate.
- Senior-level experience in family law, ideally within a reputable practice.
