Customer Service Coordinator
As a customer service coordinator you will be expected to
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Provide detailed and accurate information regarding products or services offered.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and customer service metrics.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or manager.
- Support the implementation of customer feedback to enhance service quality.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all client interactions.
