We are looking for experienced Recruitment Resourcer/Researcher to support our Tax team who are busier than they have ever been! The Pro-Tax division of Pro-Recruitment Group is the largest UK tax recruitment team and market leaders for clients and candidate alike across both In House Tax positions and Tax in Public Practice. With more jobs being called in and numerous live vacancies across a variety of clients we are proud to work with, from FTSE 250 companies, to globally known household names, you really will have the opportunity to work on some exciting roles and with some of the best tax recruiters in the market!

What will you do as a Resourcer/Researcher?

You will be working closely with the team and consultants to understand what clients and roles they are working with. You will build key relationships with both new and existing candidates, engaging with candidates regularly to understand their motivators, drivers and what they are looking for in their next role, as well as building and developing and active call cycle where you will be approaching and headhunting passive candidates.

What are we looking for in a Tax Researcher/Resourcer?

You will be results-oriented, with the ability to manage talent pools of both passive and active candidates. When it comes to managing the recruitment process this is where you excel. You will need to have experience for managing multiple vacancies, proficient in taking client/consultant instruction and identifying the best candidates for each client and role.

We are a truly agile and flexible business so whilst you would be based from our London office (Blackfriars) you will also enjoy working from home regularly. At the moment our teams are in the office 1 day per week (more if you prefer)
