Customer Service Representative at MoreYoga - Full Time

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have contact centre experience ? MoreYoga is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing company in the wellness industry, utilising your skills in both customer service and contact centre operations.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Hours: 25-hour contract, inclusive of two weekends a month

Benefits: Annual pay review/5 weeks paid holiday plus all UK bank holidays

Location: Hybrid/Remote (Work from Home & Office) – Must be a Cypriot tax resident based in Paphos.

Pay: Starting at €1500 Gross Euros per month pro-rata

Minimum Requirements:

Contact Centre Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a contact centre environment is essential

  • Ability to handle high call volumes and respond efficiently to customer queries

  • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to navigate between multiple systems and screens

  • Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced, structured setting

Customer Service Experience:

  • Exceptional telephone manners and the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically

  • Strong written communication skills for handling email and chat support

  • Ability to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally

  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivering positive experiences

Additional Requirements:

  • Computer literacy and confidence in using various software and systems

  • Flexibility to work shifts between 8:00 am-8:00 pm UK Time

  • Working from home, but will need to attend the office from time to time

Preferred, but Not Essential:

  • Experience with MindBody software is an advantage

  • Familiarity with Zendesk is beneficial

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Efficiently manage customer enquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution

  • Accurately enter and update customer information in multiple systems

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and seamless customer interactions

  • Stay up to date on MoreYoga services and promotions to provide accurate information

  • Consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
