A well-established and highly respected Financial Planning firm is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join its growing technical team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a professional, adviser-led environment that delivers holistic financial advice to a broad client base.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers through the full advice process, ensuring recommendations are technically robust, compliant, and aligned to client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing cases and workflows through Xplan and associated back-office systems
• Conducting detailed research across pensions, investments, protection and tax-efficient planning
• Producing high-quality suitability reports using company-approved software
• Supporting fund switches, withdrawals, and new business submissions
• Assisting with cashflow modelling and annual review processes
• Liaising with providers and maintaining accurate, up-to-date client records
• Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal governance standards

Systems experience may include:

Xplan, Voyant, Dynamic Planner, FE Analytics, SelectaPension, Genovo, Defaqto and Microsoft Office.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous paraplanning experience within an FCA-regulated environment
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions and investments
• Excellent report writing and analytical skills
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards)
