About the Role
As a Revenue Finance Business Partner at Oritain, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance across revenue streams, owning revenue data and insights, and supporting strategic decision-making through high-quality analysis and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering & Strategic Support
You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by owning all revenue data and associated processes to deliver accurate and timely revenue reporting and business intelligence, driving continuous improvement and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholder providing financial insights.
Forecasting & Financial Planning
You'll collaborate on revenue forecasting with commercial and operational teams, analyse revenue trends to support strategic decisions, and contribute to budgeting and long-term planning through detailed revenue modelling.
Contract Management & Governance
You will own customer portfolio oversight and monitoring to deliver insights and review new contracts and opportunities to asses financial, commercial and operational impact, working closely with our legal and commercial teams.

About the Role
We are seeking a commercially minded Revenue Finance Business Partner to join the FP&A team, reporting into the Head of FP&A. This role is pivotal in partnering with functions across the business to support strategic decision making through insightful data-driven analysis. This role requires someone who can navigate uncertainty with confidence and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business partnering and strategic support
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and teams across the business, providing insights to support commercial decisions
Drive continuous improvement in revenue processes including reporting, forecasting, and controls
Contribute to strategic initiatives including pricing strategy, new product launches, and market expansion
Forecasting and financial planning
Partner on the revenue forecasting process, collaborating with commercial and operational teams to build accurate projections
Prepare models and analysis to identify revenue trends, variances and drivers to inform strategic planning and performance reviews
Support budgeting and long-range planning cycles with robust modelling
Revenue and customer portfolio governance and data integrity
Ensure consistent application of data capture processes to maintain the integrity of the customer and revenue information
Support revenue and customer portfolio reporting and performance monitoring
Review commercial contracts to assess financial and operational implications and risks.
Partner with legal and commercial teams to ensure contracts align with financial policies and strategic objectives
Skills & Experience
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc.)
Experience working in revenue finance
Strong analytical and modelling capabilities
Effective communicator with the ability influence and build relationships across functions
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to build processes from scratch
