The Opportunity
We are seeking a committed and passionate QTS Maths Teacher to join a dedicated multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who thrives on making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people who benefit from personalised learning and a trauma‑informed approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons across relevant Key Stages.
- Implement a curriculum that supports literacy, communication, and personal development.
- Foster strong, respectful relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Contribute to a positive, calm, and structured learning environment.
- Use assessment to track progress and inform teaching strategies.
- Work closely with pastoral and therapeutic staff to meet pupil needs.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and strong subject knowledge in Maths.
- A deep commitment to improving outcomes for learners with SEMH needs.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage with students, families, and leaders effectively.
