Junior Designer (Six-Month Contract) – Independent Creative Agency – To £30k Pro Rata – Central London / Hybrid
High-flying creative agency seeks collaborative Junior Designer to work with global gaming giant.
The agency
This flourishing independent creative agency is on a major upward trajectory.
Working with some of the biggest brands in entertainment, they deliver groundbreaking creative executions across social media, streaming platforms, the Metaverse, OOH and IRL.
Now the agency is looking for an enthusiastic, organised Junior Designer to dedicate their time exclusively to its longest-standing client – one of the world’s most iconic names in gaming.
This six-month contract, due to begin in March / April, is very likely to extend.
The Junior Designer opportunity
The agency and its client are looking for a professional, accurate Junior Designer who combines strong attention to detail with clear communication skills.
The successful candidate will support the creation and development of design assets across a range of projects, applying established brand standards and building confidence across design tools, internal processes and operational workflows.
This is a brilliant chance to develop your core design skills within a leading global brand environment.
The essentials
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of core design principles including layout, typography, colour and composition
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with guidance and support
- Clear communication skills and a professional, collaborative approach
The optional extras
- Exposure to motion, digital or presentation design
- Basic understanding of print or digital production processes
- A passion for gaming, entertainment, popular culture or technology
Work from home policy
This role is hybrid with three fixed days in the agency’s Central London office each week and two from home.
Salary and benefits
To £30k pro rata with a range of good hard and soft benefits including early Friday finishes.
