Role

We are currently looking for a Head Bartender to join our team of associates in Scarfes Bar at Rosewood London. Our Head Bartenders are appointed to prepare and create high-quality beverages, as well as provide guidance to the Bar team.

Key expectations of this role are

• Delivering all bar related aspects of the guest experience according to Rosewood standards and ensuring the bar team adhere to all standards.
• Ensuring that preparing drinks, setting up & breaking down the bar are done in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
• Effectively communicating, prioritising, and delegating tasks in a sophisticated environment.
• Efficient running and cleanliness of the bars, ordering stock, dealing with cash, and account transactions
• Ensuring the best range of quality drinks are available by trained, knowledgeable staff as quickly & efficiently as possible; ensuring we meet the guests' expectations
• Taking a proactive approach in developing yourself, Barbacks, Bartenders, Assistant Bartenders, and ultimately the overall guest experience.

Profile

• The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
• Ensure the delivery of brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times
• Being highly organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
• Having a passion for guest service and the art of cocktail crafting.
• Being an expert in the understanding of Mixology and bartending in a high-volume, upscale environment.
