Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced PMO professional to support project governance, reporting, and delivery across multiple business initiatives. The candidate will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain project governance frameworks and standards.
Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Prepare and circulate project status reports and dashboards.
Support budget tracking, forecasting, and cost control activities.
Ensure proper documentation and version control of all project artefacts.
Coordinate meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on actions.
Monitor resource allocation and utilization across projects.
Support audits and compliance activities.
Assist in change management and communication planning.
Required Skills & Experience
6–10 years of experience in PMO / Project Coordination / Project Governance roles.
Strong experience with project reporting and dashboard tools (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Jira, etc.).
Good understanding of project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in financial tracking and project budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated project plans and roadmaps
Track milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs
Ensure compliance with PMO standards, policies, and governance frameworks
Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards, reports, and executive summaries
Support project budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking activities
Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communications
Maintain project documentation, templates, and version control
Support audits, quality checks, and assurance activities
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within PMO processes
Assist with change management and impact analysis
Support portfolio management and project prioritization
Track resource allocation, utilization, and capacity planning
Facilitate governance forums, steering committee meetings, and reviews
Provide onboarding support for new project team members
Preferred Qualifications
PMP / PRINCE2 / PMI-ACP (good to have).
Experience working in banking, financial services, or enterprise IT environments.
Exposure to risk management and compliance standards.
