Senior Ecommerce Manager
Are you ready to rethink your routine? We are looking for a Senior Ecommerce Manager to play a crucial role in our in-house Digital team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving fast growth through the trading performance of our website in all countries (8 sites currently). Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you will be accountable for delivering best in class trading practices in driving conversion, content, site merchandising and SEO across our global sites.

The Role
Your daily to-dos might look like this:
- Own the global weekly trading calendar and activations for the direct digital business Trinnylondon.com. Align trading focuses to business goals, identifying and reacting to commercial opportunities and risks looking ahead. Localise the trading plans across key domestic and international regions.
- Support the Head of Ecommerce in delivering our financial forecasts. Proactively track and monitor weekly, monthly and quarterly outlook of performance to inform reactive recommendations to our trading strategy.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Head of Ecommerce to deliver weekly trading reports, gather and analyse insights across web KPI’s, category and product performance to present back to the business key themes and recommended actions.
- Hands on CMS set up and management of campaigns, promotions and content across sites with support from the Content Coordinator, working cross-functionally to ensure full journey and touchpoints considered.
- Responsible for overseeing the timely launch of products and merchandising onsite, improving product discoverability
- Work closely with the Paid Media and Lifecycle teams to plan and optimise customer journeys across BAU, campaigns and promotions. Deliver customised channel plans where needed.
- Collaborate with the UX team to plan and deliver site journeys for key campaigns and promotions, as well as activate site enhancements and AB tests
- Work closely with the Digital Product Manager to fuel the digital roadmap, using data and tooling to identify opportunities to optimise user journeys, alongside the UX team.
- Lead the SEO strategy and relationship with agency and execution of recommendations to support both SEO and emerging GEO/AEO best practices
- Regularly meet with Planning team to align on stock support for trading activations, as well as identify any stock risks.
- Manage the Digital Content Coordinator, supporting them to prioritise workload, upskilling them across tooling and best practice, and work towards their development goals.
Requirements
These skills will help you go far in this role:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar ecommerce trading role. Experienced working for a DTC retailer or beauty brand desirable, with a customer-centric approach
- Experience managing trade performance of owned channels, delivering growth globally
- Approachable, collaborative and hands-on approach working cross-functionally; Eager to roll up the sleeves and get deeply involved, as a team player
- A strategic thinker who places the customer at the centre of all commercial decisions, confident in identifying revenue driving tactics (beyond discounting) and making them happen
- Data-driven and comfortable deriving insights and proposing actions, with ability to independently analyse data while also working with BI teams. Can easily identify trends and risks, communicating and taking action as needed
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise heavy workloads in a matrix environment
- An eye for detail, obsessed with planning and optimising at all levels of detail
- Proactive and positive approach to problem solving, a solution finder
- A self starter who is confident in independently executing strategy
- A leader who can engage with colleagues across departments to lead on and deliver common goals
- A clear and engaging communicator, who cultivates great relationships with across teams to drive the customer experience and business performance
- You enjoy and excel working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, as a team player
