A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Hounslow is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Job Share Teacher to join their team from November 2025 . Year 3 Job Share Teacher Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 3 pupils in line with the National Curriculum
  • Work collaboratively with your co-teacher to ensure continuity and consistency across the week
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Assess and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents
  • Contribute to team meetings, planning sessions, and whole-school initiatives

  • A reflective and adaptable approach to teaching and learning
