Senior Campaign Designer

We are looking for a Senior Campaign Designer to oversee our Campaign Design Team, working closely with the Brand, Trade, and Marketing functions to deliver consistent, high-quality campaigns that align with business objectives.
Reporting into the Creative Services Studio Manager, you will be responsible for managing campaign workflow, ensuring all briefs are delivered to a high standard, on time, and in line with brand identity and commercial goals. You’ll balance strategy with creativity - developing campaign concepts, guiding a small team, and acting as an active designer across the workstream.

Creative Development – Lead the development of campaign creative, ensuring ideas are bold, engaging, and commercially effective.
Workflow & Project Management – Oversee campaign workflow, timeliness, and pacing for the Campaign Design Team.
Campaign Briefs – Intake, review, and clarify all campaign briefs to ensure alignment with objectives.
Quality & Consistency Control – Carry out checks on campaign output to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and consistency.
Team Leadership – Line-manage and mentor 2 direct reports, supporting their development and performance.
Collaboration – Partner with Brand, Trade, and Marketing teams to align campaigns with brand identity and trade objectives.
Hands-On Design – Actively contribute as a designer within the team, supporting across all aspects of campaign execution.
Skills that make you shine:
Experience as a Senior Designer for at least 2 years at this level with experience line-managing and developing mid-weight team members.
Significant experience in campaign management or creative project management within a fast-paced, brand-led environment.
Proven ability to manage workflows and deadlines across multiple projects and stakeholders.
Strong creative judgement with an eye for detail, consistency, and brand alignment.
A portfolio or track record of successful multi-channel campaigns.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the confidence to work across teams and at senior level.
Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) and ability to be hands-on when needed.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, balancing creativity with commercial objectives.
