Marketing Event & Influencer Partnership Manager
About Us
SourceWhale is the leading AI native Recruitment Productivity Platform for increasing conversations, whilst making recruiters’ lives better through enabling them to do more with less. We integrate with everything that recruiters use day to day - CRM’s, emails, data providers etc - and with our best-in-class product, we are on a mission to be a leader in the Recruitment Technology space.
Please note - This role will be hybrid from our Shoreditch office!
Why Us?
We’re a team of seriously talented, positive individuals and we invest heavily in our people - you won’t feel like a number here!
We’re proud to have been named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work in 2025, a reflection of our commitment to building a people-first culture and supporting career growth at every level.
This is an opportunity to join an agile tech startup that is growing faster than any other company in our space. We are completely profitable and have built an incredible product - just see our G2 reviews !
As our Marketing Events & Influencer Partnership Manager, you'll play a crucial role in building a high-impact community and demand engine through standout events and strategic industry partnerships.
You’ll be responsible for creating the recruitment network everyone wants to be part of, designing and delivering memorable experiences that drive pipeline, brand affinity, and long-term relationships. Events (both online and offline) will be your core growth lever: from intimate, high-value roundtables with agency leaders to flagship industry moments that position us at the centre of the recruitment ecosystem.
Alongside events, you’ll own and grow our influencer and partner network, working with respected voices across the recruitment space to extend our reach, build credibility, and create content and experiences that resonate deeply with our audience. Your understanding of the recruitment world means you know what matters, who matters, and how to bring the right people together in the right way.
This is a highly visible, cross-functional role where you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Growth to ensure every event and partnership drives measurable impact.
With significant scope to make your mark, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating energy, building communities, and turning moments into momentum for the business.

Who You Are
4–6 years in a B2B marketing, events, or partnerships role. Ideally with time spent inside the recruitment industry or recruitment tech

Deep personal network in the UK recruitment and agency space, with genuine relationships across agency owners, operators, and industry voices
Proven ability to run events end to end: from concept to post-event pipeline reporting
Experience building influencer or partnership programmes in a B2B context: you know the difference between reach and relevance
Strong campaign instincts: you understand how events and partnerships feed the broader demand gen engine
Excellent relationship builder: warm, credible, and genuinely curious about the people you work with
AI-native: you use AI tools to move faster: event promotion, outreach, follow-up sequences, and content are all fair game
Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team where you own the full programme, not just one part of it
