We're seeking an experienced General Manager to play a key role as part of the mobilisation team for a flagship hospitality operation in North London, working with one of the world's most influential technology, search engine and advertising companies! This global powerhouse — celebrated for its innovation, people-first culture, and commitment to creating extraordinary workplace experiences — offers an opportunity like no other to shape, lead, and elevate a truly world-class environment. £60,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience Main Responsibilities- Lead, inspire and develop a diverse team to achieve consistently high standards.
- Support the strategic planning and recruitment of new team members for the upcoming site, working closely with senior stakeholders to build an elite team
- Collaborate with a team of 50+ culinary and service professionals to deliver fine dining-level experiences.
- Champion a culture of excellence, inclusion and care.
- Drive operational efficiency and structure while maintaining a warm, human approach.
- Monday - Friday, 40 hours on site, no weekends!
