My Big 4 client is looking to appoint a Director to join their high growth Global Compliance & Tax transformation team in London, supporting multinational organisations in managing and modernising their tax, compliance, and reporting functions.

This is a pivotal leadership role, combining strategic oversight, large-scale programme delivery, and business development within a dynamic, international environment.

What does the role involve?

• Lead the delivery of complex, multi-jurisdictional tax, compliance, and reporting programmes
• Support the implementation of managed service solutions and technology-enabled platforms on behalf of high profile clients
• Drive transformation initiatives across operating models, processes, and governance frameworks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across global organisations
• Identify, shape, and convert new business opportunities to support continued growth
• Oversee project governance, risk management, and successful client outcomes
• Coach and develop a high-performing teams

The successful candidate will ideally come from a global compliance team (at Senior Manager or Director level), bringing a deep expertise in tax and statutory accounting compliance, alongside a proven track record of leading large teams and delivering tax transformation programmes . The role requires strong commercial acumen, client-facing experience, and the ability to operate at senior levels are essential.
