We are looking for a highly strategic, Director-level Account Executive – Ecommerce to join our incredible team of motivated, fast-paced, entrepreneurial "go-getters" in Global Enterprise. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our most critical ecommerce marketplace partners across the EMEA region. You will play a pivotal role in deepening partnerships, driving joint growth initiatives, and unlocking value for both parties.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the ecommerce ecosystem, proven experience building long-term strategic partnerships, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across complex organizations.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow relationships with top-tier ecommerce marketplaces in EMEA.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s business model, growth priorities, operational challenges, and decision-making processes.
  • Create and execute tailored regional account plans that align with both partner and company objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to expand collaboration, from new product integrations to co-marketing and joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue growth and retention targets for assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and cross-functional stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • Navigate complex partner structures to unlock new opportunities, influence decision-making, and expand our footprint.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including contracts, pricing, and partnership terms, in line with company policy.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, operations, compliance) to deliver exceptional service and ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Leverage market, competitive, and performance data to inform strategies and optimize partner success.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all strategic marketplace partner activities in the EMEA region.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8–10 years’ experience in enterprise account management, strategic partnerships, or business development in ecommerce, marketplaces, or digital platforms.
  • Proven success managing complex, high-value relationships with large, global ecommerce players.
  • Skilled at navigating multi-country, matrixed organizations and influencing C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the ecommerce ecosystem, cross-border trade, logistics, payments infrastructure, and platform monetization.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding commercial targets.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator, comfortable presenting to senior audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple complex accounts and priorities independently.
