Inside Sales Representative

Inside Sales Representative

* Fully Remote – client based in Hackney, London

* Up to £25,500 (+ Commission + Bonus)

* Plus 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Pension, etc.

* Full on the job training provided

Skills and Experience:

* Experience in inside sales, telesales or a similar role is preferable.

* A basic understanding of marketing and business planning is a plus.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.

* Excellent organisational and time management skills.

* Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Bitrix24, HubSpot, etc.) and sales automation platforms.

* Full on the job training provided prior to starting (there will be a 4 week training course).

* Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and improve lead quality.

* Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to refine sales approaches.

* Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports.

* Ability to manage own pipeline and follow up on leads.
