Financial Accountant

Role:

Our client is looking for immediate, temporary, Financial Accountant to assist them for 3 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:

• Support the preparation and delivery of the year-end close, including statutory accounts and audit schedules
• Act as a key finance contact for the Swiss statutory audit, ensuring timely provision of documentation and responses to auditor queries
• Support Swiss VAT compliance, including preparation, review, and submission of VAT returns and related reconciliations
• Assist with the Dubai statutory audit, coordinating with external auditors and internal stakeholders
• Support month-end close activities, including journal postings, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records in line with IFRS/local GAAP and internal controls
• Assist with audit deliverables, including lead schedules, supporting documentation, and management responses
• Collaborate with FP&A, tax, and wider finance teams to resolve accounting and reporting issues
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and strengthen financial controls

Profile:

The successful, temporary Financial Accountant will be qualified (Eg. ACA, ACCA or CIMA) and will ideally have experience using Business Central.

You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

Salary & Benefits:

The temporary Financial Accountant role will be paying circa £400 - £450 per day, dependant on experience.
