Transaction Services Director - Life Sciences & Healthcare

I'm partnering with a leading UK professional services firm to appoint a Director into its Transaction Services team, with a specific focus on Life Sciences & Healthcare .

This is a senior, autonomous role with a clear brief to grow the sector proposition , deepen client relationships and help shape the wider Deals practice alongside Partners.

The Role

• Lead and deliver financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions

• Advise corporates, private equity and management teams through complex deals

• Own senior client relationships , commercial decisions and risk

• Develop and mentor teams while contributing to business development

• Strengthen the firm's Life Sciences & Healthcare market presence

The Ideal Profile

• Strong background in Transaction Services / FDD

• Life Sciences or Healthcare sector experience essential

• Proven experience leading engagements and teams

• Commercial, credible and comfortable operating at Director level

• ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
