Executive Assistant
Executive Assistant responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring all details are meticulously planned and communicated.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports as required.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication at all times.
- Organise and manage events or meetings, including logistics and documentation preparation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Handle expense processing.
- Support the broader Secretarial & Business Support department with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
