The Role

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Junior Producer to support the delivery of experiential and brand experience projects. You will assist in managing projects from brief through to delivery, working closely with senior members of the team to develop your skills across project management, client communication, and production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Support: Assist in the end-to-end delivery of experiential and brand experience projects, from brief through to execution.

  • Supplier Coordination: Support the sourcing and management of third-party suppliers, contractors, and freelancers.

Project & Client Management

  • Manage small-scale projects autonomously from start to finish, constantly prioritising and staying on top of all aspects of the project.

  • Assist in the project management of larger-scale projects at various stages of planning, design, production, or install.

  • Ability to manage strict deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously, and futureproof for third-party mistakes.

  • Solution-focused and confident when using initiative in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communicate confidently with clients over email, face-to-face presentations, and in briefings.

  • Attend and support live events, installations, and de-rigs as required, including on-site supplier and crew management.

  • Ability to provide a sound rationale for event/project ideas and proposals, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives when relevant.

Financial

  • Confident in quote creation, reconciling, and invoicing.

  • Competent knowledge in agency processes and procedures including creating design briefs, critical paths, and presentations.

  • Competent in GP, NP, and budget management.

  • Managing external supplier and freelance invoices including reconciling.

Team Collaboration

  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills when liaising with clients, suppliers, and internally; ability to communicate clearly and concisely in person, over the phone, and via email, demonstrating diplomacy and good negotiation skills.

  • Proactively provide accurate project status updates and contact reports for line manager and the wider team.

  • Solution-focused with a positive outlook; ability to juggle a number of projects simultaneously, resourceful, highly organised, and a good team player.

  • Ensure agency values and ways of working are reflected in all project management approaches.

Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator delivering projects upwards of £20k.

  • Proven client and supplier management, budget creation and management through to onsite delivery.

  • Good understanding of the creative process and knowledge of production techniques and materials.

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Mac literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

  • Attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough quality checks.

  • A collaborative, calm, and proactive approach to challenges.

  • Familiarity with sustainability best practices in production.

  • Interest in retail innovation and brand experience design.

This is an office-based role Tuesday to Thursday and we WFH on Mondays and Fridays. You will be required to spend time in meetings and briefings, as well as staying in close contact with clients. It can be demanding, but very rewarding! Working hours will be standard office times; however, deadlines and installations may stretch this further.
