SAP Finance Solution Architect Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect to join a growing consulting and transformation team. This role focuses on supporting large-scale SAP transformation initiatives, helping organizations modernize their finance and business processes through the design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to define solution strategies, guide architecture decisions, and support successful programme delivery across complex transformation environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned to business requirements and architectural principles.
• Lead solution architecture discussions and workshops with client and project stakeholders.
• Develop solution strategies to address complex business and technical challenges.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and effective solution designs.
• Provide guidance on key design decisions, promoting standard functionality and best-practice approaches where appropriate.
• Support programme mobilization activities, including the establishment of delivery frameworks, governance structures, and architectural artefacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Contribute to business development, proposal development, and client engagement activities as required.

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience across SAP Finance solutions, with expertise in one or more areas such as Financial Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Cash Management, Project Systems, Intercompany Reconciliation, or Group Reporting.
• Proven experience leading solution design and architecture for SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Ability to evaluate business requirements and develop practical, scalable solution architectures.
• Understanding of SAP's evolving product landscape, including emerging technologies and automation capabilities.
• Knowledge of best-practice design principles, standardization approaches, and clean-core architecture concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively across both business and technical audiences.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, workshops, and discovery engagements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to proposals, solution responses, and client presentations.
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic project environments and manage multiple priorities.
