Salary: £27,393.45 per annum (£15.00 per hour)
Job Type: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week, 5 days over 7
Shift times: Mornings and Evenings

What you’ll do:
- Work alongside the Sous Chef to deliver high-quality meals with minimal waste
- Maintain food levels and brand standards across all services
- Prepare delicious dishes for military dining and special events
- Support with kitchen checklists and post-service analysis
- Follow kitchen procedures and hygiene standards
- Take part in ongoing training and development.
What we’re looking for:
- A relevant culinary qualification
- Previous kitchen experience
- Food safety certification (or willingness to complete via our e-learning)
- Effective communication and a team-first attitude and a team-first attitude
- Ability to pass DBS and full security vetting.

To be eligible, you must:
- Have lived in the UK for the past 3 years
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
- Be able to pass DBS and full security vetting
