COMMERCIAL TRAINEE, PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT

North London, Enfield

You’ll receive full training across all areas of the commercial function – from finance and procurement to project reporting and systems, and you’ll be supported every step of the way to grow your skills and confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the commercial team on live projects and learning how developments are costed, built, and managed.
• Assisting with budgeting, supplier management, and financial reporting.
• Getting hands-on with business systems and tools, including COINS and Microsoft Office.
• Helping prepare key commercial documents and reports.
• Developing professional skills that open the door to long-term career growth in property and construction.

• Great attention to detail and eager to take initiative.
• Organised, positive, and confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
