About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to hire an ambitious, passionate, and driven UK, ANZ & Pureplay Assistant Retail Marketing Manager! You will create and implement impactful off & online retail marketing activity, pivoting around changing customer habits and aligned with the overarching business goals. As one of our regional brand marketing guardians, you will collaborate effectively with the wider UK teams and inspire our retail partners with your attitude to excellence, your unstoppable and imaginative creative flair, and your passion for getting things done!
As a Assistant Retail Marketing Manager, you will
- Own the retail marketing strategy (offline and online) for selected UK & ANZ retail partners.
- Translate Brand and Category strategies into holistic, integrated trade marketing plans that enhance customer experience, drive traffic, strengthen retail performance, and deliver category objectives.
- Track results at store level and propose actions to achieve retail targets.
- Partner with Commercial and Retail Operations teams to deliver channel strategy and Joint Business Plans through a marketing lens.
- Support the Senior Retail Marketing Manager in building strong relationships with retail partners, negotiating activity and exposure aligned with strategy and focused on maximising ROI.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Store Design, and Retail Operations teams to optimise the in-store experience with the customer at the centre.
- Work with Digital teams to embed an omnichannel mindset across all marketing plans. Partner with Category Marketing to drive NPD launches while accelerating core franchises.
- Contribute to innovative, disruptive brand activations that elevate brand awareness, create memorable moments, and strengthen Charlotte Tilbury’s share of voice across retailers - always with a focus on delivering the best omnichannel customer experience.
- Support in continuing to improve processes within the UK & ANZ, ensuring world-class delivery is achieved, particularly focusing on cross functional & regional collaboration.
- Contribute to accurate budget forecasting and actualisation of the regional marketing budget in line with sales targets.
- Support the continuous improvement of processes across UK & ANZ to ensure world‑class delivery and strong regional & cross‑functional collaboration.

Who you will work with
- You will report into our wonderful Senior Retail Marketing Manager UK & ANZ, sitting in our UK & ANZ Marketing team.
- You will work closely alongside Category Marketing, Commercial, Global Marketing, Visual Merchandising, PR, Media, Ecommerce and key retail partners.
About you
- Ideally, you have strong, demonstrable experience within Retail Marketing, ideally with experience Ideally within Beauty Fashion or FMCG.
- You are experienced in digital and have good, online marketing capability.
- Ability to work under pressure, work to pace and prioritise effectively. You are creative and solution oriented, with a results driven mindset.
- You are proactive, a confident communicator, able to engage retail partners and represent the brand effectively!
- Strong commercial acumen, including budget ownership and performance tracking. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insight and action!
- Adept at managing multiple stakeholders. You have great relationship-building skills with the ability to network at all levels and influence up with ease!
- You can create an open and collaborative environment to work in, highly organised, flexible, adaptable and have a willingness to learn.
- You are able to navigate and negotiate around obstacles, you can pivot with ease, highly organised and know how to manage difficult conversations.
