As a Credit Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient credit control processes and ensuring the smooth running of customer accounts. Your duties will include:
- Managing customer accounts and updating credit information
- Monitoring aged debt and proactively chasing overdue payments
- Processing credit applications and conducting credit checks
- Reconciling accounts and resolving invoice or payment discrepancies
- Communicating confidently with customers and internal teams
- Supporting month-end activities and general credit administration
- Experience in credit control, credit administration, or a similar accounts role
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- A proactive, organised approach to workload management
- Experience in retail or wholesale is beneficial but not essential.
- A competitive salary between £25,000 and £28,000, depending on experience
