Senior Consultant (SAC)

Codestone
London

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Consultant (SAC) to join our Data & Insights team, a pivotal role where you’ll design, implement, and optimise enterprise-level SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and EPM solutions for our growing portfolio of clients.

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll combine technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership to drive project excellence from discovery to delivery. You’ll lead client engagements, design scalable architectures, and ensure seamless integration and adoption. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who enjoys blending consultancy with innovation and mentorship.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full project lifecycles, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Architect SAC and Data & Insights solutions aligned with client goals and industry best practices.
  • Conduct workshops and analyse business processes to translate complex requirements into effective, tailored solutions.
  • Configure and customise SAC modules, ensuring alignment with client financial, operational, and reporting needs.
  • Manage escalations and ensure timely issue resolution, maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction.
  • Drive project excellence, providing guidance on project structure, timelines, and resource management.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, promoting collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Contribute to presales and proposal development, including solution demonstrations, cost modelling, and client presentations.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, strengthening long-term client relationships.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating new tools and technologies to elevate our service offering.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of proven experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Tagetik, or similar EPM technologies.
  • A strong background in financial planning, consolidation, and analytics.
  • Ideally a Chartered Accountant (CA) or working towards a recognised financial qualification.
  • Solid understanding of data modelling, system integration, and performance optimisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead client projects independently and deliver on-time, high-quality outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • A consultative mindset — able to translate complex business needs into strategic, data-driven solutions.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing junior consultants within a collaborative team environment.
