As an Assistant Complex Manager, you’ll wear many hats: You'll be a trusted mentor, a strategic planner, and an operational guru, supporting the Complex Manager to ensure the seamless running of our retail and complex units on park.

What you will be doing...
- Smash budgets and boost margins across all things food and drink!
Keep stock, costs, and overheads in check while making the operation run smoothly
- Keep food and bar stock in check with regular counts, share the results, and take smart steps to keep things on point and running like clockwork!
- Recruit, inspire, develop and motivate team members to maximise efficiently and give an amazing customer experience
- Keeping everyone safe is a team effort! Take care of yourself, watch out for your colleagues, and ensure our guests and visitors feel secure and looked after.
