We are currently looking to recruit a Catering Assistant to join our busy Hospitality and Catering department. Salary: Scale 2, starting at £21,380 (FTE £28,617) Contract: Permanent, 30 hours per week, term time only at 39 weeksThe successful applicant will have experience of working in a very busy catering facility and have the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication skills are essential in this role as you will be dealing with students, staff and visitors. You will have sound knowledge of health and safety in a catering environment and food hygiene and allergens. Previous experience of working in an educational catering environment would be advantageous.
