The successful candidate will work closely with clinical colleagues, participate in multi-disciplinary discussions to reach agreement on diagnostic outcomes, maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, attend relevant clinical practice meetings, and support the triaging of new referrals to ensure appropriate onward action and risk identification.
