Customer Driver - Mayfair - PCO essential
Job Details
We have a vacancy for a Customer Driver to join our thriving team on a full time basis. This role will involve both driving duties and parking customers’ vehicles, requiring excellent attention to detail, strong vehicle-handling skills, and a consistently smart and professional appearance. This role requires full flexibility to work a variety of shifts within a 24-hour business.
Key Competencies & Duties include:
• Provide safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation for members, VIP guests, and senior management.
• Park and retrieve customers’ vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining total discretion and confidentiality.
• Ensure vehicles are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of members’ needs and tailor service accordingly.
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with high-end clientele.
• Communicate clearly, politely, and professionally with members, guests, and colleagues.
• Plan routes efficiently using strong working knowledge of London roads.
• Be flexible and responsive to changing operational requirements in a 24-hour environment.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to support the smooth running of the operation.
• Good knowledge of, and experience working with, high-end / VIP customers.
• Excellent working road knowledge of London and surrounding areas.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Calm, professional, and polite approach at all time.
• High level of discretion and attention to detail, particularly when handling members’ vehicles.
• Applicants should hold a PCO licence and a full UK driving licence.
