● Salary: £60k - £75k (depending on experience) + OTE potential
● Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum)
● Location: SW London
● Opportunity to join leading wellness facility and step up into a multi-site leadership position!

Background in premium hospitality, luxury wellness, boutique fitness, or high-end service environments
Strong commercial and financial acumen, with confidence owning a P&L
A growth mindset – hungry, proactive, and motivated by performance-based reward
Experience systematising operations rather than relying on ad-hoc management
High emotional intelligence and the ability to inspire teams in fast-moving environments
Comfort operating in a startup-style business with evolving structures
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences and building brand reputation
Sales confidence is essential. You must be comfortable personally driving revenue, not delegating it away.
