Working closely with HR and Finance to ensure payroll data is accurate and up to date.
Identifying opportunities to improve payroll processes, controls, and efficiency.
Supporting payroll audits and ensuring GDPR and data security standards are maintained.
What You'll Bring:
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly experienced in managing end-to-end UK payroll.
Confident in UK payroll legislation, HMRC requirements, pensions, and statutory payments.
Experienced in payroll systems and advanced Excel.
Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to work accurately to payroll deadlines.
A strong communicator who can build effective relationships across HR, Finance, and the wider business.
Committed to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive payroll information with integrity.
Proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:
Flexible Part-Time Working: A schedule that supports work-life balance.
Leave Benefits: 33 day's annual leave (pro rata, inclusive of bank holidays).
Birthday Bonus: Enjoy an extra day off to celebrate your birthday (pro rata where applicable).
