Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Software Training Consultant to join or well known Fintech50 client who produces software disrupting the wealth management market.

The Software Training Consultant role has come around due to an expansion and strategic change, the trainer will report in to the head of product and client management. This role offers the ability to move towards product management as well as platform ownership.

The Training Consultant Will:

• Completion of training support cases
• Assistance in demonstrations of key functionality, as required
• Assessing clients training needs and creating training solutions
• Ability to prioritise own workload
• Up sell additional training services where opportunities arise
• Maintenance of internal client records in relation to training
• Dealing with client queries
• Assisting in the making and maintaining of training videos
• Identify training requirements for each new joiner with the line manager and deliver the agreed training either through public courses or 121 tuition
• Covering reception duties when needed (please consider this seriously)
• Point of contact for overflow incoming calls (please consider this seriously)

Training Consultants Must Have:

• Experience in financial services or software training
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
• Ideally an understanding of financial products
• Business analysis skills
• Understanding of financial software or wealth management
