- Deliver seamless day-to-day support across the current Kronos ecosystem
- Engineer pay rules, work rules, and shift patterns that optimize operational efficiency
- Master complex integrations between HR, payroll, and Time & Attendance platforms
Knowledge Transfer & Empowerment
- Design and deliver training programmes that upskill operational teams
- Create documentation and SOPs that become the foundation for future support models
- Provide hands-on, on-site support across multiple UK locations

- Own end-to-end System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing
- Troubleshoot complex multi-system environments with precision
- Establish new support frameworks that scale with business growth
The Ideal Candidate:
Technical Mastery:
- Proven expertise with Kronos or equivalent Time & Attendance platforms
- Deep understanding of HR data architecture, payroll logic, and attendance workflows
- Battle-tested experience in large-scale system migrations
Leadership DNA:
- Confidence to lead technical stakeholder workshops and drive consensus
- Natural ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences
- Track record of managing vendor relationships and escalating issues effectively
Operational Excellence:
- Expert-level troubleshooting and issue resolution capabilities

- Outstanding documentation and knowledge management skills
