We are seeking an enthusiastic, academically ambitious, and committed Economics Teacher to join the successful faculty at a well-regarded secondary academy in the Hounslow area of West London.

We Are Looking For:
- A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) .
- A relevant degree in Economics or a closely related discipline.
- A proven track record as an excellent Economics Teacher with mandatory experience teaching the subject to Key Stage 5 (A-Level) .
- A genuine passion for the subject and the ability to inspire and challenge students of all abilities.
- The drive to contribute positively to the academic life of the school.
Salary and Benefits
- Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Teachers.
- The base salary will be paid according to experience within the statutory Outer London Pay Scale (The Outer London Main Pay Range minimum is approximately £37,870 as of September 2025).
- A fixed Recruitment and Retention (R&R) Allowance of £2,000 per annum.
- Excellent, structured professional development and career progression pathways.
