Administrator
Join Dr.Dropin skindoc in shaping the future of dermatology in the UK
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join skindoc, one of the UK’s leading online dermatology providers and part of the Dr.Dropin group. This is a hands-on opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running of our flagship Fulham clinic while being part of an ambitious team transforming access to dermatology.
About skindoc
Launched in 2021 by two London-based Dermatologists, skindoc set out to make expert skin care more accessible, affordable, and high-quality for everyone. We are one of the select few CQC-approved online dermatology services in the UK, now combining digital consultations with in-person appointments at our Fulham clinic.
As part of the Dr.Dropin group, one of Scandinavia’s fastest-growing healthcare companies, we are building a new model for healthcare: high-quality, patient-centred, and available when people need it most.
What you’ll do
As an Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every patient feels supported and every process runs smoothly. Your day will include:
- Scheduling, rescheduling, and managing patient appointments
- Welcoming and assisting patients in person, by phone, and online
- Supporting dermatologists with day-to-day clinic operations
- Handling patient queries with empathy and professionalism
- Liaising with pharmacies, GPs, hospitals, insurers, and labs
- Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality
- Helping to streamline admin processes and improve patient flow
- Assisting with clinic supplies, welcome packs, and daily logistics
- Contributing ideas to improve systems and patient experience
What we’re looking for
We want someone organised, people-focused, and ambitious to grow with us. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Previous admin and/or customer service experience (healthcare setting a plus)
- Strong communication skills – clear, empathetic, and professional
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence with basic IT systems (Microsoft Office, online portals)
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset – no two days will be the same
- A genuine passion for healthcare and improving patient experiences
The role
- Full-time (40 hrs/week) – clinic and online service support
- Based at our flagship Fulham clinic (SW6 5NH)
- Competitive salary starting from £27,000/year
- Opportunity for performance-related bonuses
- Clear growth path as skindoc expands in the UK
- Your birthday off (fully paid)
- Pension scheme and regular team events
- Six-month probation period
Why join us?
At skindoc, you won’t just be doing admin, you’ll be part of a healthcare start-up on a growth journey, with plenty of room to shape your role and develop new skills. You’ll work alongside clinicians, business leaders, and innovators, with opportunities to step into new responsibilities as we expand.
How to apply
Send us your CV and a short note on why you’d like to join skindoc. We’re looking to hire as soon as possible, so don’t wait to apply.
