Core Responsibilities & Scope
- Operational Organiser: Overseeing daily premises schedules, conducting safety checks, and managing key holder responsibilities.
- Maintenance Lead: Conducting and supervising planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring all fixtures and fittings are safe and functional.
- Compliance Controller: Managing external contractors on site and ensuring adherence to all school safety procedures.

- Salary Range: Competitive salary (expected to be £38,000 - £45,000 per annum), reflecting Inner London weighting.
