Team Assistant - Mandarin Speaker
In this role you will:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to senior team members.
- Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare documentation, presentations, and reports in both Mandarin and English.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel itineraries.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation.
- Support the smooth running of office operations and team projects.
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Assist with expenses, invoice processing, and basic operations administration.
