Your mission

We're looking for ambitious graduate designers eager to grow through diverse, hands-on experiences. At Native, our unique blend of industrial, digital and service design expertise empowers our team to tackle transformative projects across tech, consumer electronics, healthcare, wellness, and automotive sectors.

We’re looking to help grow the skills of a designer with endless curiosity, a sharp eye for spotting opportunities, a mind wired for problem-solving, the courage to be daring yet thoughtful and the confidence to break the mould when necessary.

You'll receive comprehensive support and resources to achieve your goals efficiently and make a genuine impact. Design at Native thrives on collaboration – we're looking for someone who brings unique perspectives to the table and excels when working with a team to create world-changing results.

Join us in pushing boundaries, challenging perceptions, and designing a better future.

Your profile

Here’s what we’re looking for in a graduate designer at Native:

Craftsperson: You’re dedicated to honing your skills, always striving for ways to improve and create excellence in your work.
Reflective:Â You actively seek growth, both personally and professionally, and are always looking to develop.
Inquisitive: A natural problem-solver, you’re eager to learn, experiment, and develop new expertise and you’re not afraid to cross disciplines.
Meticulous: You take pride in producing high-quality work, paying attention to the details that make a difference.
Daring: You’re not afraid to push boundaries, try something unexpected, and explore new creative directions.
Methodical: You approach projects with thoughtfulness and structure, balancing creativity with clear planning.
Collaborative: You thrive in group brainstorming sessions, bringing ideas to the table and working closely with the team.
Communicator: You can express your ideas clearly, whether through sketches, maquettes, or presentations. Whatever your language, we’re here to hear it!
Technically Skilled:Â You have a good understanding of CAD tools like SolidWorks, Creo, or Rhino.
Visualiser:Â You can bring ideas to life using tools like Keyshot to create compelling renderings.

Why us?

Diversity of projects: At Native, you’ll gain exposure to an exciting mix of industries. Our projects span consumer electronics, media and entertainment, health and pharma, wellness, transport, FinTech, and beyond. If you thrive on variety and love adapting to different sectors, this is the place to show your colours.
Competitive Pay: Fair, reliable, and competitive.
Paid Holidays:Â 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.Â
Personal Development: You'll get loads of in-house opportunities for development and training. We also love a trip to the museum, the odd industry talk, and inviting big thinkers in for fika.
Navigation: You’ll get a dedicated “Navigator” who will guide your development during your time with us. You’ll meet with them regularly and they’ll be on hand for support and skill sharing.
Health Insurance:Â Bupa provides private medical insurance, including 24/7 access to GPs, nurses, mental health care, and menopause support.
Gym Membership: Get 40% off the Hussle Gym network and with provider YuLife you’ll have access to mindfulness and fitness apps, plus the chance to join company-wide challenges where your competitive streak can earn you extra redeemable rewards.
Company Socials: We throw a couple of big bashes a year and might occasionally block out the afternoon to take a pottery class or be beside the seaside.
Parental Leave: Enhanced maternity and paternity pay. We want to support new mums and dads, not add stress.
Location: Shoreditch is easy to get to, has loads of good places to eat, and plenty of independent shops and market stalls. We love it here.
Independent Studio:Â We've been around for over twenty years - Native is one of the last proper indie studios in the East End.
