People Operations Administrator (12-month FTC)
ROLE SUMMARY AND DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW:
Peel Hunt is a leading UK investment bank that specialises in supporting mid-cap and growth companies. It provides integrated investment banking advice and services to UK corporates, including equity capital markets, private capital markets, M&A, debt advisory, investor relations and corporate broking. Within the People team, the focus will be on supporting core operational activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding new starters, processing leavers, and maintaining key systems and processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
This position requires excellent organisational and communications skills, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Due to the visibility of this role, we are seeking candidates who can work from our London office at 100 Liverpool Street for three days per week, and are able to be flexible with their working hours in order to support the delivery of events.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
People Team inbox & administration:
Manage the full onboarding process for all staff including new joiners, temporary staff, work experience, Interns and Graduates
Manage the full offboarding process for all staff
Manage all reference requests including regulatory references
Manage People queries via the People Team inbox in a timely and efficient manner
Receive and action requests from all members of the team (this may range from producing letters, to updating systems with people changes)
Manage and track all training booking requests
Lead on updates and changes to employee data via our People system, Success Factors
Work with the team to support various projects linked to the People system
Provide support on tasks relating to our holiday system, E-days
Support on other ad-hoc reporting and regulatory requests received from Compliance and/or other departments
People Team Events & Partnerships:
Act as the point of contact for student Insight Days
Work as part of the team to deliver events & educational initiatives with our Social Mobility Partner
Provide support for Graduate & Internship events and initiatives
Internal Communications:
Assist the team with internal communications, including email coordination, information collation, and basic design and presentation tasks.
Refresh information, policies and post announcements on the People Team intranet pages
KEY CAPABILITIES AND KNOWLEGE:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
