Pensions & Benefit Support Administrator - 6 Month FTC
Role Overview
This is a great opportunity to play a key role in delivering a smooth and efficient pensions and benefits service. You’ll work across HR, payroll, finance and external providers to ensure all benefits are managed accurately and in line with scheme rules. From onboarding new joiners to supporting colleagues with queries, you’ll help ensure our people receive the right benefits at the right time. You’ll also maintain accurate data across systems and contribute to ongoing improvements and projects within the team.
You will be joining the Savills UK HR Benefits Team, headed up by the Head of Reward. There are 2 arms to the Reward Team: Compensation, which comprises of a Reward Technology Manager, the Reward Manager, and a Reward/Benefits Analyst and then there is the Benefits, which comprises of a Pension & Benefits Advisor and a Reward & Benefits Administrator.
